How long have you been coaching people and how did you become a Certified High Performance Coach?
To give you a snapshot of myself, I’d like to share how coaching found me. I’ve always been in the medical field, ever since I was 18 years old. It was something that resonated with me at such a young age. I was focused and determined to be in the healthcare industry, so I entered the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman to gain medical experience and I truly enjoyed it. I found out about myself that I enjoyed helping and taking care of people. When I left the military, I enrolled in nursing school to obtain my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I have been a Registered Nurse ever since.
It wasn’t until the fall of 2017 when I stumbled across a Facebook advertising about a free book called “High Performance Habits” by Brendon Burchard. I gravitated towards the freebie and got my hands on the book. There was something about the book and where I saw my life wanting to go that clicked for me. I wanted to be that person that achieved great things, that person who had more joy, more purpose, better clarity and especially more energy.
It was shortly after reading the book that I attended a 3-day seminar of High-Performance Academy. It was the live event which shifted my perspective, and something called to me. “I want to be a coach, helping people achieve these habits. I would LOVE to do this!” So, I enrolled into being a coach and have been helping people, like yourself, achieve next level results.
This work calls to my core value of helping others. To be a cheerleader for you when no one else is and to witness personal transformation that is forever life changing. I love what I do, and I will continue doing this work because I feel it is my purpose.
Who are your clients exactly?
Although anybody could benefit from coaching, the clients that I work with are military veteran entrepreneurs. This special group of people are underserved in more ways than one. Being a veteran myself, I realize the struggle veterans go through when they transition from active duty to veteran status or if they’ve been a veteran for several years. I find that veterans settle into the routine of comfort and may not realize that they can reach new heights of awareness regarding personal development.
How are you different from other “life coaches” in the marketplace?
What I feel separates me from the noise of other ‘life coaches’ is that I genuinely care about you and the results you get. To me, coaching is a passion of mine. I feel soulfully expansive when I work with a client and they achieve a break though or an “a-ha” moment. It’s more about you and your journey than anything else.
What I bring to the table as a Certified High-Performance Coach is that we work together with a proven structure that is results driven. Which means after our first session, you walk away with results and an action plan. We get to WORK quickly and efficiently!
What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?
Everyone is unique in their own special way. Each of us has quirks and habits that form who we are as a person. There isn’t an ideal “personality” or “person” that I work best with. People respond differently to coaching. I find that if a client is willing to do the work required in coaching, they will reap the results. You get out what you put in. If you are accountable to your commitments, show up to sessions on time, respect the coach/client relationship, and are willing to be pushed or challenged in the interest of growth, then the coaching journey is truly life changing.
What exactly is High Performance?
High Performance is termed as “succeeding beyond the standard norms CONSISTENTLY over the long-term while MAINTAINING positive well-being and relationships”. High Performance living is the ongoing feeling of full ENGAGEMENT, JOY, and CONFIDENCE that comes from consistently living from your best self.
What exactly is High Performance Coaching and what does it include?
High Performance Coaching is achieving a certain level of life that one can achieve but many are unsure of how to get there. It’s the fastest way to living a life with full purpose and intention, succeeding beyond the status quo without feeling overwhelm and burnt out, and having confidence and joy in your everyday life.
High Performance Coaching includes a 12-week program where we work together either on a 1:1 session or a group session, with no more than 4 people per group. Each session is one hour long for 1:1 or 90 minutes with a group session. After each coaching session, you receive worksheets that dive deeper into the session. These worksheets take it a step further and really solidify the purpose and learning goal of each session.
Does this really work?
Yes, it does! High Performance Coaching is a process where you can see results immediately as well as long term changes. This is a process where change happens when you apply the principles and decide to implement actions after each session. Coaching is only effective when you decide to work and put forth the effort required to maximize your own results.
What kind of results can I expect?
You can expect to:
Experience more happiness
Have more passion in your relationships
More productivity and focus
Increase your energy
Feeling more in purpose and meaning
Living each day with intention and presence
Developing a sense of confidence and joy
Get rid of distractions
Gain momentum in your life towards the things that matter the most to you
Influence your team, customers, and co-workers
How quickly can I expect results?
You can expect to see results right after our first session together. When we work together, we hit the ground running and get to work, quickly. We don’t waste anytime in you achieving what you want. With High Performance Coaching, the results you achieve depend on the effort you put in.
How can I guarantee myself that I’ll achieve the results I’m looking for?
Show up to each session on time and be prepared to be fully present and engaged. Meaning no distractions, no multi-tasking and creating a quiet environment where you can fully reap the benefit of our time together. High Performance Coaching can be challenging and at times, can push you out of your comfort zone. When that happens, breakthroughs occur, and you reach a new level of awareness, which is AWESOME! All in all, do the work required, implement action steps, and complete each post session worksheet and you will achieve the results you are looking for.
How will we work together and what does the program entail?
We hold our sessions via two methods; either over the phone or through a web videochat, like Skype or Zoom. It is based on your preference of how you want the sessions delivered. Some clients prefer phone calls while others prefer face to face video interaction. The choice is yours. The same session delivery options are offered through group coaching as well.
High Performance Coaching entails of 12 sessions, one session per week, that last for an hour regarding 1:1 sessions or 90 minutes for group sessions. Each coaching session has a worksheet that dives deeper into the topic discussed that you will fill out after our sessions.
How long is the program?
High Performance Coaching is comprised of 12 sessions, one per week, so it takes, on average, 3 months to complete. To maximize the most of coaching, it is beneficial to have a session per week to maximize momentum and experience results quickly.
Do people ever re-enroll?
Yes! Clients see so much transformation in such a short amount of time that they want to continue the momentum and support in achieving their goals and missions. Each time you re-enroll, you’re a different person from when you first started which means forward moving progress in who you are meant to be. It’s never the same experience no matter how many times you re-enroll. Also, any personal development work you do, the long-term results are evident 3,6, 9, or even 12 months later.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. Payments can be paid by Stripe.
How do we get started?
Great! Did you know that those that are the most successful people decide and act quickly? They know what they want, and they go for it. When they see something that they know they need in order to move them forward, they act on it. That quality is evident in you! The first step is to fill out theHigh Performance Assessment so that we can understand where you currently are and how we can move forward in getting started. Click here for more info.
I’m not sure I’m ready to get started, how can I sample your work to see if it’s a good fit for me?
I encourage all clients to sample High Performance Coaching to see if it’s a fit for them. This program isn’t for everyone and there are a select few people who are willing to embrace the challenges and growth that comes with High Performance Coaching. To see if it’s a fit for you, I offer a High-Performance Assessment, valued at $247, where you can sample what it’s like for us to work together. The Assessment includes a 30 minute questionnaire followed by a 3 hour laser focused coaching session. During this value-packed Assessment, you will gain insights within your own life as well as action steps to implement after our call. After our time together, you’ll know if High-Performance Coaching is right for you.
I have a family and a busy life. Although, I know something needs to change, I don’t have much time to spare. How much time do I need?
I get it! I myself am a single mom, a nurse, and an entrepreneur, there’s little time for anything else, right? But what I’ve realized is that for me to be the best person possible and how I want to show up for those that matter the most to me (family, friends, colleagues, and especially my daughter), I need to take time for myself. That includes working and improving myself. YOU are important and your personal development is important. This program will change your life in ways that are completely unexpected and can be transformative. All I ask is that you set aside 1 hour per week for our sessions, undisturbed, so that we can work on you. The accompanied worksheets can take anywhere between 30 min to an hour. In total, you are investing 1 ½-2 hours per week into changing your life. Remember, nothing changes if nothing changes.
I’m not sure my spouse will support me. How can I get them onboard to support me?
Sometime our spouse can be our biggest cheerleader but they can also be a bit unsupportive. They may not understand why you want to invest in yourself and High-Performance Coaching. They may say things like “You are doing fine. What do you need a coach for?” “You can figure it out on your own, right?” “That’s a waste of money. We can do other things with that money.” “You’ve already invested in other things; how do you know this will be different?” The bottom line is your spouse loves you and wants to see you happy and successful. They may not understand it, and that’s okay if they don’t, but share with them that it’s important for you. It’s important that you have their support while you go through this program.
I’m not sure I can afford the price of the program in one payment. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Payment plans are offered and are spread throughout the course of the program. We can work together to find a plan that works best for you and your budget.
I’m ready to do this for myself, but I have a couple of additional questions. How can I contact you?
Great! It sounds like you’re ready to up level your life and your results. If you have a couple of questions, just e-mail me at [email protected] and I’ll be happy to answer your questions. I can’t wait to work with you and see you succeed!
